摘要:
近代是中国社会剧变的重要历史时期，西安从内陆封建闭守的军事重镇向开放外向的近代工商业城市转型.通过对近代西安建筑演变历程的研究与分析表明，因政治军事因素主导，基于自上而下、由内而外的渐进发展路径，新建筑趋于工商业发展与交通导向，未出现典型西式类型及传统建筑的规模化转变，逐步形成“洋风”模仿、中西“折衷”、传统“复古”及具有近代工业化特征的建筑与传统建筑并存格局.作为中国近代建筑体系的有机组成部分，西安建筑近代化转型滞缓，但城市传统建筑风貌得以延续，奠定了建国后西安建筑现代化发展的基础，也为今天西安建设国际化大都市及再塑古城历史文化风貌的实践提供参照
Abstract:
Modern times is an important historical period of social upheaval in China, during which Xi′an has a transition from an inland feudal and reserved military city to an opening and outward industrial and commercial city of modernization. The research on and analysis of the evolution of Xi′an architecture shows that Xi′an is built based on political and military factors according to the gradual development path from top to bottom and inside to outside and it intends to develop the orientation of industry-commerce and transportation with no typical western-style architecture and large-scale modern transformation of traditional architecture taking place as a result a pattern that is characterized by the coexistence of the traditional architecture with the form of "Western wind" imitation, Chinese and Western "eclectic" traditional "retro" and modern industrialization style took shape. As an organic part of the modern architecture system of China, although Xi′an architectural modernization proceeds relatively slowly, making the traditional architectural style continue, it′s a basis for the development of the architecture in Xi′an since the foundation of the People′s Republic of China, and it also acts as an experience for Xi′an to be built as an international metropolis and rebuilt with historical and cultural landscapes today.
