摘要:
目前工字钢悬挑钢管外脚手架的安全验算中扣件普遍按照铰接节点考虑,施工中多根据经验选择搭设参数,有一定的局限性,使得架体存在安全隐患。通过室内试验确定直角扣件在不同紧固力矩值下的弯矩—转角关系曲线,结合搭设高度19.2 m的实际工程,运用有限元软件SAP2000建立考虑扣件节点半刚性的三维模型,分析扣件不同紧固力矩对工字钢悬挑钢管外脚手架变形的影响。得出直角扣件紧固力矩值设置为40 N·m 时,该工程挠度变形最为合理。研究方法和结论适合应用于相似架体设计。
Abstract:
At present, the safety check to external scaffold of I-steel cantilever steel pipe considered as the hinge joint calculation. According to experience, picking set-up parameters and materials in the construction, which was a few limitations, made some safety hidden dangers in the scaffold. Using SAP2000 software made a 3-D model, which considered moment rotation curve of right angle coupler under different tightening torques indoor experiment, a actual engineering installed 19.2 m and semi-rigid of coupler , was established to analyze the deformation influence to external scaffold of I-steel cantilever steel pipe in different fastening torque. It was concluded that the engineering deflection was the most reasonable when the tightening torque was 40 N·m. The research method and conclusion fitted for the design of similar scaffolds
