摘要:
应急医疗设施的选址要求与城郊型森林公园具有高度的契合性.基于前者的选址要求,利用德尔斐法和层次分析法,通过对公园的类型、离水源地距离、建设规模、所处风向、离城市距离、地下水位埋深、交通时长等七项影响因子的量化,对郑州市域内的43座郊野公园进行比较.结果显示43座郊野公园的优劣程度成金字塔型分布,其中白寨郊野公园的综合得分最高,各项影响因子得分分布最为均衡,兼顾安全性、可拓展性、康复性、便捷性、防污染、便隔离等特征,可首选作为应急医疗设施建设目标地.此外,袁庄郊野公园、朝阳沟森林公园、蜜蜡山郊野公园综合得分较高,可作为应急预案备选目标地.评分结果反向论证了该评价方法区分度显著,严度较高,效度适中,可以为基于应急医疗设施选址的城郊森林公园评价提供参考依据.
Abstract:
The location requirements of emergency medical facilities are highly consistent with the suburban forest park. Based on the former's site selection requirements, this paper uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to compare 43 suburbs in Zhengzhou City by quantifying seven influencing factors, such as park type, distance from water source, construction scale, wind direction, distance from city, buried depth of groundwater level and traffic duration. Results show that the advantages and disadvantages of 43 parks are pyramid distribution, among which the score distribution of Baizhai country park is the most balanced, taking into account the characteristics of safety, expandability, rehabilitation, convenience, pollution prevention, convenience isolation and so on, which can be selected as the target of emergency medical facilities construction. In addition, Yuanzhuang country park, Chaoyang Valley Forest Park and Mila mountain country park have high comprehensive scores, which can be used as alternative targets of emergency response plan.
