摘要:
随着水资源供需矛盾日益加剧,再生水作为替代水源成为缓解水资源紧缺的重要措施.概述了我国的
水资源现状、水资源缺乏的原因和因缺水造成的重大损失,阐释了缺水地区将城镇污水开发为稳定水源的概
念和特点,并从解决缺水地区水资源供需矛盾、确保生态需水量、严格实施污水治理政策等方面论述了新生水
源开发的意义,提出了新生水源水法规政策的制定、标准的建立和处理技术的研究是目前亟需解决的几个科
学问题.
Abstract:
Water scarcity has been growing with the increment of municipal water supply and groundwater quantity deterioration. Reclaimed water has been used widely in worldwide, which can release the water crisis. In this paper, the water resource of China, reason of water scarcity and the losses caused by water scarcity were introduced. The reclaimed water was demonstrated to be a stable resource in water deficient regions. It can play an important role in resolving the water scarcity, satisfying ecological water requirement and carrying out the policy of wastewater treatment. Finally, several challenges need solving are briefly described
