摘要:
壁面滑移是复杂流体流动中的一种普遍现象.对壁面滑移现象及其机理进行了总结, 并讨论了几种检
测滑移的方法.壁面滑移产生的机理可分为壁面吸附失效与缠结破裂, 其关系十分复杂, 且与流体的性质密
切相关, 还需要深入的研究.检测滑移的方法有标记法、激光— 多普勒法、赫磁— 共振法等.还阐述了壁面滑移
与临界应力、颗粒浓度的关系以及滑移速度的测定和计算方法.壁面滑移影响因素十分复杂, 尽管已有一些研
究, 但是, 它们之间的关系远未搞清楚, 更缺乏定量的表述.
Abstract:
Wall slip is a commonly recog nized phenomenon in flow s o f complex fluids.This paper presents a review o n the
e xisting research of w all slip and me tho ds fo r its measurement.The mechanism of w all slip is classified into tw o categ ories
:bonding-debo nding , entang lement-disentangleme nt , bo th of w hich depend on the nature of the die material a nd the
po lyme r melt.As the relationship is v ery complex , it requires further studie s.So methodolo gies fo r de tec tion of wa ll slip
are discussed, including straig ht line marker technique , Laser-Doppler velocimetry , and RHEO-NM R.Relationship betw
een wall slip and its affecting facto rs such as critical str esses and par ticle co ncentra tions are described , and the methods
for ev aluatio n o f slipping ve locity are discussed .Wa ll slip facto rs are ver y complex , altho ug h the re have been some studies,
their rela tionship is fa r from clear and the o f quantitativ e e xpression is o bvious .
