摘要:
为综合利用泥磷制取次磷酸钠反应尾气中的PH3 气体, 研究了改性5A 分子筛吸附净化PH 3 的相关
内容.研究结果表明吸附剂制备过程中较适宜的条件为:改性剂NaCl 溶液, 改性剂浓度0 .3 mo l/ L, 干燥温度
110 ℃, 焙烧温度300℃;吸附实验过程中较适宜的气体流速为20 m L/min.
Abstract:
In or der to utilize PH3 for producing so dium hy popho sphite by phospho ro us sludge comprehensiv ely , modified
5A molecular sieves w ere used to resea rch adsor bing purificatio n o f PH 3 .The following results can be co ncluded:Modified
5A molecula r sieves with NaCl has the hig he st purifica tion efficiency and optimum pa rameters of concentratio n o f
NaCl is 0.3mo l/ L, drying tempe rature 110℃, ro asting temperature 300 ℃ and ga s flow rate 20 mL/min.
