摘要:
以水泥生料, 粘土, 石膏和氧化钙为原料, 配制不同含硫量的生料经高温煅烧制备出水泥熟料.采用
XRD 衍射仪、SEM 扫描电镜及热重-红外联用仪研究该生料在制备水泥熟料过程中含硫物质的转化形式.
实验结果表明:随着温度升高到800 ℃以上时, 生料中的CaCO3 开始分解.分解产物CaO 与SO2 反应生成
CaSO4 .在温度超过1 380℃时, 开始释放出SO2 , 在1 420 ℃时SO2 释放量达到最大.对烧成熟料的检测说明
原、燃料中的硫应是以硫化物形式被固熔到熟料液相中.
Abstract:
Cement raw meals v arying in sulphurs co ntents wer e prepared with clay , gy psum and calcium o xide according to
modules a s designated, and then calcined into clinke rs in experiments .Formulation of sulphides during the pr ocess of calcinatio
n with r aw meals different in sulphurs co nte nts we re studied w ith XRD diffr ac tion , SEM scanning electr on micro sco
py and TGA-FTIR spectrome te r .The results obtained in the ex periments showed that calcium carbonate (CaCO3)in
the raw meal waceld decompo se w hen temperature reached at 800℃.In the mean time , calcium sulphate wa s fo rmed in a
combina tion reactio n between SO2 fr om the f uels and the newly-fo rmed CaO .As a result , the sulphur s contents incr ea sed
in the clinker .The ex pe rimental results also showed that calcium sulphate star ted to decompo se a t a tempe rature o f
1 380℃, and SO2 were released, with a maximum amo unt of releasing SO2 in a tempera tur e a t 1 420℃.Further characte
risatio n o f clinks co nfirmed that the sulphurs contained the raw meal a nd fuels we re absor bed in fo rmulations of sulphides
as a liquid phase within the clinke rs
