摘要:
为实现农村基础设施建设的可持续发展, 建立多目标综合评价体系.研究农村基础设施建设中的环
境、资源和经济等子系统间联合作用, 采用协调发展度模型, 寻找系统变化控制影响因素, 发挥系统内各子系
统间协同作用.通过计算协调度、协调发展度, 评定系统内环境、资源、经济之间的协调及协调发展程度, 利于
可持续发展下的项目全寿命周期管理
Abstract:
To achiev e sustainable rural infra st ructure deve lopment , the multi-purpose comprehensive evaluation sy stem is
e stablished .The combined ac tion among such subsy stems as enviro nment , resource a nd economy of rural inf rastructure
development is take n.By using coo rdinate development mo del and finding the contro lling facto rs o f sy stem changing , the
sy ne rgistic effect amo ng the subsystems is broug ht into play .By calculating the deg ree o f coo rdinatio n, coo rdinated dev elo
pment , enviro nment re so ur ce s of evalua tion sy stem , economic coo rdina tion and co or dination developme nt , the pro ject
life cy cle manag ement unde r sustainable develo pment prov ed to be beneficial.
