摘要:
K 值是衡量建筑经济性的重要指标,整体化教学楼群的K 值普遍偏低,需要进行优化研究.通过分析
影响整体化教学楼群K 值的因素,建立理论模型,对四类单元模式的K 值进行量化分析,并提出了整体化教
学楼群的K 值优化策略及适宜范围.
Abstract:
T he Kvalue is an important economic quota of architecture.For the K value of the holistic classroom building
group.is low so it needs to optimize.By analyzing the factors which influence the Kvalue,the paper sets up the theory
model,and analyzes the Kvalue of the four cell models.It also comes up with optimal strategy and proper range of the K
value of the holistic classroom building group.
