摘要:
对目前城市公共空间应急避难设施设计中存在的问题进行了分析, 提出城市公共空间应急避难设施
的设计原则.以日本在大地震方面的相关研究成果为依据, 对地震后受灾群体的需求进行研究和分析, 在此基
础上, 通过TRIZ 理论中的资源分析以及技术、物理冲突消解等方法, 对城市公共空间应急避难设施的设计提
出了创新性的设计思路和方法, 并实现了部分应急避难设施的创新性设计.为“ 平震结合” 的城市公共空间应
急避难设施设计提供了新的思路和方法.
Abstract:
In this paper , a new thought o n combina tion of the construction o f emerg ency shelter facility and general civic
public space facility is pro po sed .By analy zing the pro blems within the design o f emerg ency sheltering facilities in urban
public spaces at the present, this study a rrives at some principles fo r the desig n.Based o n the research results of the recent
Ja panese Ear thquake , the demands of the in quake-stricken area are analy zed .And o n the ba sis of the analysis and
with the methods of re sour ce s analy sis and technolog y and phy sics co nflict r eso lutio n from the TRIZ Theory , inno vativ e
idea s and methods of the de sig n of emerg ency sheltering facilitie s in urba n public space s are r aised.Some innov ative desig
ns o f emerg ency shelte ring facilities a re also achieved, providing ideas and r efe rences for the de sign of emerge ncy shelte
ring facilities in ur ban public spaces.
