摘要:
 针对目前大量废旧塑料处置问题, 尝试将其用于改性沥青混合料, 以探索其在道路工程中使用的可能
性.采用超市废旧高密度聚乙烯购物塑料袋, 将其切碎后按照2 %.5 %和8 %的掺量制作沥青混合料试件, 采
用三种试验温度在六种加载频率下进行动态模量试验, 与未掺加塑料混合料的相应指标进行对比.试验结果
显示在各个试验温度和加载频率下, 掺加塑料屑的混合料动态模量普遍提高.掺加塑料与否对相位角指标的
影响未呈现一定规律.在各个试验温度和加载频率下, 2%塑料掺量混合料均具有较高的动态模量和相位角
Abstract:
Wa ste pla stic is reused in pav ement engineering in this re sear ch .The pur po se of the study is to probe the possibility
of using w aste plastic in asphalt mix tur e as a kind o f modifie r so as to find a w ay to so lve the problem o f the w aste
plastic dispo sal .Hig h Density Po ly ethy lene plastic bags obtained from superma rket w ere shredded into pieces and we re
added into asphalt mix tur e at three pe rce ntag es o f 2%, 5% and 8 %.The co rre sponding contro l samples we re also made
and tested.Three different temper atures w ere used (4°C , 21 .3°C and 39 .2°C)and the frequencies r ang ed from 0 .1 Hz to
25 Hz in this dy namic mo dulus test .When compa red w ith the test results of the co ntrol sam ples, almo st all the dy namic
modulus of the pla stic mo dified samples(e xcept 4 results)are g reater than those of the co ntrol samples .No reg ular patte
rn is show n in the te st results of the phase ang le .Modified asphalt mix ture with 2 % plastic is o f the g reatest dy namic
modulus and phase ang le
