摘要:
实地调研山东半岛地区农村住宅.从居住模式、构造体系、能源利用等方面探索农村住宅气候适应性
的经验与不足.在原有三合院布局基础上建立新住宅平面,传承和更新了居住模式.建立屋顶新构造体系并
铺设外保温层,具有很好的保温隔热性.冬季耗煤量在1吨左右,占总能耗的54.9%(除生物质能),秸秆和液
化气所占比例分别为68%和27%,80%的住户采用柴煤相结合的方式.这些为具有相同气候特点的其他地区
农宅生态建设提供借鉴,同时对生态农宅的理论发展与实践操作做出有益补充.
Abstract:
Rural houses in Shandong Peninsula were investigated.Experience and insufficiency of climate adaptability of rural
 houses were explored from several aspects—living pattern,construction system and energy use etc..New residential
plan was developed based on the original courtyard with three directions,and the living pattern was inherited and updated
at the same time.External thermal insulation layer with local materials is adopted for roof construction,which has good
thermal insulation performance.Heating energy use for coal was about 1ton which accounts for 54.09% of the energy
consumption(except biomass energy).Straw and liquefied natural gas accounted for 68%and 27% of the energy consumption
 respectively.About 80%of the household energy is a combination of wood and coal.And these provide reference
 for ecological construction of rural houses in other areas with similar climate characteristic,simultaneously giving
beneficial supplement to theory and practice development of ecological rural houses.
