摘要:
从工期、质量和成本三要素之间的关系出发,分析业主、施工单位、设计院和监理方四个利益相关方的不当行为对工程项目成本所产生的影响,得到工程项目成本风险因素,通过建立工程成本风险分析模型,运用人工神经网络对工程项目总成本风险进行评价,得到总成本风险对于各风险因素的敏感度,确定最为敏感因素,为项目管理人员进行工程成本风险管理提供依据
Abstract:
From at the perspective of project management, this thesis, according to the relationships among stakeholders of the project, analyzes how the cost of the project may be influenced by the faulty action of them. Then the influencing factors of project cost, by which the analysis model of construction projection cost was set up, will be found. With artificial neural network and analysis model, the total cost-risk of the construction project and the most sensitive project cost-risk factors were determined, so that project management could reduce the cost risk
