摘要:
在国内外学者研究的基础上,重点研究了几个影响地下储气库系统可靠性置信区间下限确定的特定部件(储气罐、集输管线和安全阀等),根据构成储气库系统的特定部件(储气罐、集输管线和安全阀等)寿命的分布不同,构建相应的模型.提出基于指数型地下油气储备库系统可靠性的置信区间求解精确下限的方法,并通过实证分析验证了该方法的有效性.打破了过去人们仅限于忽略时间因素而对地下油气储备库系统进行定性评估的局限,为石油天然气地下储备系统可靠性(风险)由定性评估向定量评估转化提供了一种有效的方法.同时也为地下油气储备库系统的正常维护提供必要的支持
Abstract:
Based on the study of the scholars both at home and abroad, the specific components to determine reliability lower confidence interval in a few underground gas storage system (tank, gathering pipelines and valves, etc.)is focused. According to the different distribution of specific components(tank, gathering pipelines and valves, etc.)where gas storage system is constructed, appropriate model is built up. Methods are proposed to solves the accurate lower limit on oil and gas database system for confidence interval of reliability based on exponential-type, which is verified as an effective method by empirical analysis, changing the people’s idea of neglecting qualitative evaluation on the underground oil and gas database storage system. A new and effective means is proposed, which helps solve the problem of transforming qualitative evaluation to quantitative evaluation in the system. In addition, it provides the necessary support for the normal maintenance of the system
