鲁西南地区既有农宅建筑室内热环境差,且长期没有得到改善.通过实测典型农宅室内热环境和两种优化改造设计方案模拟对比分析得出:鲁西南典型农宅冬季室内平均空气温度1.15 ℃,室内壁面平均辐射温度−2~1.5 ℃;夏季室内平均空气温度28 ℃,屋顶内和南墙内壁壁面平均辐射温度36.8 ℃,最高值39.6 ℃.优化改造后的农宅冬季室内平均温度比原始
房分别提高了1.8 ℃,3.5 ℃,夏季分别降低了7 ℃,14 ℃,仅通风双层隔热屋顶夏季可降温4.3 ℃.屋顶、南墙和北墙墙体热工性能是改善农宅冬季室内热环境的重点,夏季屋顶通风和南向遮阳是关键.以上研究结果可为提高该地区农宅宜居性提供技术支撑.
Abstract:
The indoor thermal environment of self-built rural house on the Southwest region of Shandong province is poor and there is no long-term improvement. By measuring the indoor thermal environment of typical rural house on-site and comparativly analyzing the two optimization design strategies following results were obtained: The existing rural residential winter indoor average temperature is 1.15 ℃ and average wall radiation temperature is −2 ℃~1.5 ℃. The average indoor temperature of existing rural house in summer is 28 ℃ and average surface radiation temperature of the roof and south wall is 36.8 ℃,the highest value of 39.6 ℃.The average indoor temperature of the optimized rural house in winter increased by 1.8 ℃, 3.5 ℃ than the existing typical rural house. In summer it was reduced 7 ℃ to 14 ℃, and for the single ventilation double-insulated roof the temperature could drop by 4.3 ℃ in summer. The thermal performance of the roof, south wall and north wall is the key point for improving the indoor thermal environment of rural house in winter. Roof ventilation and shading south is the key to improving the indoor thermal environment in summer .The above results will provide technical support for improving the livability of the existing typical farm house in the southwestern region in Shandong province.
