摘要:
目前关于建筑业碳排放的研究主要集中在总量和效率的测算方面,缺乏相关收敛性的研究。本文在计算2005-2015年我国30个省域建筑业碳排放量的基础上,运用SBM-Undesirable模型测算了各省建筑业的碳排放效率,并通过面板单位根检验方法分别对全国及三大区域建筑业碳排放量和碳排放效率进行了随机收敛性分析。研究结果表明,研究期内我国建筑业碳排放量整体先上升后下降,各地区间碳排放量和碳排放效率差距较大,且均呈现东、中、西部渐次递减趋势,东、中部平均碳排放效率在0.7上下波动,西部仅为0.5-0.6;全国建筑业碳排放量不存在随机性收敛,而效率指标收敛,东部和中部地区两项指标均随机性收敛,西部地区发散。本文的研究结果将为我国制定更为合理的建筑业碳减排目标、区域间有差异而区域内统一的碳排放效率优化政策提供有力依据。
Abstract:
At present, researches on carbon emissions in construction industry mainly focus on quantity and efficiency, and lack of research on convergence. The paper calculated the carbon emission of China’s 30 provincial construction industry from 2005 to 2015 .And then used SBM-Undesirable model to assess its efficiency. Based on that, the stochastic convergence analysis was conducted on the carbon emission and its efficiency of construction industries. The results showed that, the national carbon emi ssions of construction industry first increased and then decreased from 2005 to 2015.There were distinct differences in carbon emissions and its efficiency between different provinces, and both deceased gradually from east to west. The average carbon emission efficiency in eastern and middle region fluctuates in 0.7 range, at the same time the west was only within 0.5-0.6. There was no stochastic convergence of carbon emissions in the national construction industry, but the efficiency index was convergent. The two indexes in both eastern and middle regions existed stochastic conve rgence, while western region were no sign of co nvergence. This paper will provide a reference for establishing more reasonable energy saving targets and the optimization policy of the carbon emission efficiency in differences of region and regional unity across the Chinese construction industry
