摘要:
城市产业结构是社会经济可持续发展的关键,经济活动能否持续开展取决于资源环境.因此,探讨产业结构变化对生态环境的影响,有益于社会经济健康发展.研究将延安市作为研究对象,从结构水平、结构效益、环境压力、环境状态、环境响应5个层次选取24个指标构建综合评价体系,基于熵权法和耦合协调度模型对延安市2010—2020年产业结构与生态环境的协调状态进行定量化判断.结果表明:(1)延安市产业结构和生态环境耦合度保持高度相关水平;(2)系统综合评价指数曲折上升,产业结构系统综合评价指数增长缓慢,平均增速慢于生态环境综合评价指数,延安市实现产业绿色转型面临巨大挑战;(3)两者耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势,延安市产业结构和生态环境的协调水平从濒临失调转变为初级协调,协调状态逐渐向好.
Abstract:
Urban industrial structure is the key to sustainable socio-economic development, and the sustainability of economic activities depends on the resources and environment. Therefore, the synergy between industrial structure and ecological environment is of great significance for high-quality economic development. This study takes Yan'an City as the research object, selects 24 indicators from five levels of structural level, structural benefit, environmental pressure, environmental state and environmental response to construct a comprehensive evaluation system, and makes a quantitative judgment on the coordination status of industrial structure and ecological environment in Yan'an city from 2010 to 2020 based on entropy weight method and coupled coordination degree model. The results show that:(1)the coupling degree of industrial structure and ecological environment in Yan'an maintains a high level of correlation;(2)the comprehensive evaluation index of the system increases in a tortuous manner, and the composite index of industrial structure system grows slowly, with a slower average growth rate than the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological environment, indicating that Yan'an faces great challenges in realising industrial green transformation;(3)the overall trend of the coupling coordination degree between the two is on the rise, and the coordination level of industrial structure and ecological environment in Yan'an has changed from being on the verge of disorder to primary coordination, and the coordination status is gradually improving.
