摘要:
 通过收集近五年建筑业企业产值数据, 运用集中度测评模型计算我国区域建筑市场竞争强度;从市场
竞争的角度重新归类区域建筑市场, 对比不同类别建筑市场的竞争状态, 从而揭示了建筑市场区域分布特征.
研究结果表明:我国建筑市场区域分布并非符合人们直觉上的东部、中部、西部的地理之分;建筑市场竞争越
激烈的省份拥有稳定性越好的市场结构;市场竞争与行业规模可能存在着协同工作机制.这些研究新发现一
方面弥补了之前研究的不足, 另一方面也为建筑业企业制定区域竞争战略以及地方政府因地制宜拟定建筑
市场管制策略提供新的理论导向.
Abstract:
Ba sed on the five-yea r da ta co llec ted from the co nstr uctio n industry , this study is intended to examine the competition
situations in China’ s reg io nal construction ma rke ts by using co ncentratio n appr oache s.The r esulting co ncentration
indice s are employed to pinpoint va rious competitio n situations and to further cla ssify the regional markets .Finding s
of the research are that reg io nal construction markets canno t be labe led simply with geog raphic locatio ns ;the fier cer the
compe titio n, the mor e stable the ma rke t str ucture , and there ex ists po te ntially a co llabo ration mechanism between ma rket
compe titio n intensity and the size of the industry .These research finding s complement prev io us research w ith the newly identified
regional ma rket features, and sugg est tha t either competitive strategies for constructio n busine ss o r regula tions
for local go vernments should be developed in line with special fea ture s o f local construction markets .
