摘要:
 骑楼建筑是近代在中国岭南地区发展起来的一种独特的建筑类型.笔者通过实地调研与测绘的研究
方法, 对海口骑楼建筑的发展脉络进行了梳理, 并针对不同时期骑楼建筑的空间与构造特点进行了探寻.经过
研究发现, 伴随着时代与技术的进步, 海口骑楼建筑的空间尺度与使用功能也在不断发生变化.同时, 骑楼建
筑还呈现出由海口中心地区向周边地区及县级市区扩散的趋势.
Abstract:
  Qilou building is a special co nstr uction ty pe w hich dev elo ps in China’ s Lingnan ar ea af ter 1900’ s .In this ar ticle ,
the field research and mapping method are used to so r t the co ntex t of Qilo u building development and ex plore Qilou building’
s space and co nstr uctio n char ac te ristics in different pe rio ds .After the r esea rch w e found that in the passag e of time ,
the spatial scale and the functio ns are constantly changing .Mea nw hile , Qilo u building shows the tendency that is spreading
f rom Haikou City centr al to the sur rounding urban area s and county cities .
