摘要:
为了在城市旧区更新改造规划中开辟一条以公共交通为主体、多种交通方式综合发展、优化土地资源利用、保护环境的可持续发展之路,对TOD模式展开深入研究.在对区域用地及交通现状详细解读的基础上,在土门旧区更新改造规划中尝试引进了TOD理论并进行详细规划.最后对该区更新改造规划中实施TOD模式提出建议
Abstract:
In giving priority to public traffic, developing multi-traffic mode, optimizing ground resource using and protecting environment in old city district planning, the article thoroughly studied TOD theory, making attempts to introduce TOD theory to Xi′an’s Tumen Area reconstruct planning based on the status quo of the ground and traffic conditions. Finally, aproposal for actualizing TOD theory in Tumen area ’s reconstruct planning is recommended
