摘要:
压电材料是一种良好的功能性材料, 具有独特的压电效应, 其中包括正、逆压电效应两类.本文根据压
电材料的正、逆效应设计并制作了能够实现测-控合一的压电主元杆件, 即在结构中起主要作用的杆件上集
成压电堆, 以形成所谓的压电主元杆件.本文根据稳定及动力学等原理, 建立了压电主元杆件的动力稳定控制
基本方程, 采用数值模拟方法探讨了动荷载作用下压电主元杆件的动力稳定控制性能.研究结果表明考虑机
电耦合作用时, 压电堆长度和压电堆夹持力等因素的共同影响, 使得压电主元杆件动力失稳区域面积减小, 相
应的动力稳定控制性能提高.这说明适当提高激励电压, 即可有效地提高压电主元杆件的动力稳定控制性能.
Abstract:
The piezo electric ma te rial is a go od kind of functio nal material which pro vides with a unique piezoelectric effect
including piezo electric effect and co nve rse piezoelectric effect .In view of the ex cellent piezoelectric effect and co nv erse piezoelectric
effect , this paper designs and fabricates piezoelectric pivo t element bar s which can accomplish testing-co nt rolling
functio ns , integ r ating piezoelect ric stack into the element bars playing a major ro le to form a so-called piezoelectric pivo t
e lement bar .Acco rding to theory o f structural stable science and st ructura l dynamics , basic dynamical stability co ntrol
functio n w as put fo rwa rd a nd the co ntrol pro pe rties w ere discussed with numerical simulatio n me tho d.The resea rch results
show that with rega rd to the coupling between mechanic-elect ric o f piezo electric , the dy namical instability area decrea
ses fo r the effect o f length of piezoelectric stack a nd driving fo rce , so that the stability pro per ty of piezoelec tric pivo t
e lement bar increase s effectiv ely .That is to say , the methods that is used to increase the ex citing vo ltag e appropriately
can impro ve the dy namical perfo rmance o f piezoe lectric piv ot element bar g reatly .
