摘要:
2010 年4 月14 日青海玉树发生7.1 级地震, 造成大量建筑物损坏和倒塌.对玉树地震灾区各类建筑
结构的震害进行了初步分析, 总结了此次地震的经验教训.针对地震灾区村镇建筑提出了建议:(1)从结构抗
震的概念设计着手, 合理的选择场地、结构类型和抗力构件布置;(2)“就地取材, 结合传统, 提高性能” , 研究适
合当地的适宜性建筑结构抗震体系;(3)针对当地的地形地貌及地质条件、材料来源、建筑的传统性与民族性
等特点, 整体规划, 编制适宜当地的建筑抗震设计标准图集;(4)培训施工人员, 规范村镇建筑施工;(5)加强村
镇学校和医院等重要性建筑的抗震性能.
Abstract:
On April 14 , 2010, a 7 .1 magnitude ear thquake occurred in Yushu , Qing hai Pro vince , causing the collapse and
damag e of a la rge number of building s .Based on the re lativ e re po rts and informatio n, the seismic damage case s for the
diffe rent structur al ty pes in this ea rthquake are analy zed .While the le ssons a nd ex pe riences are summa rized, seve ral sugg
estions are presented:starting the pr oject w ith the co nception desig n , and cho osing the most appropriate site and str ucture
layo ut ;obtaining ma te rial f rom local re so urce s, to impro ve per forma nce and researching a pro per local building a
seismic sy stem ;observing the local topog raphy and geo log ical co nditio ns, so urce o f mate rials , building tr aditions a nd nationality
, etc.Making an ov erall plan , dr awing up a standard lo cal seismic atlas;training the co nstr uction w or ke rs , specify
ing the constructio n o f building s in villag es and tow ns;reinfo rcing the seismic perfo rmance o f building s o f g rea t impo rtance
such as v illag e schoo ls and ho spitals .
