摘要:
对18 块YXB65-185-555 闭口型压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板进行了纵向抗剪性能试验研究, 考察了楼
板厚度、压型钢板厚度以及剪跨等因素对组合楼板纵向抗剪性能的影响.得到了组合板的极限承载力、变形和
破坏形态以及压型钢板与混凝土之间的滑移.试验结果表明:随着组合板和压型钢板厚度的增大, 组合板的纵
向抗剪承载力越大;剪跨越大, 纵向抗剪承载力越小;剪跨比较小的试件主要发生纵向剪切粘结破坏, 剪跨比
较大的组合板主要发生弯曲破坏和弯曲剪切粘结破坏.基于欧洲规范4 的建议公式, 对试验结果进行线性回
归得到了适用于该板型的压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板的纵向剪力粘结系数m、k , 可为该种楼板的工程设计提
供参考.
Abstract:
An Experimental study o f longitudinal shea r behavior fo r eighteen YXB65-185-555 closed pro filed steel sheetco
ncr ete compo site slabs w as conducted.The influence of the slab thickne ss , the pro filed steel shee t thickness and shea r
span on the longitudinal shear behavior o f composite slabs was investig ated.The ultimate load capacity , defo rmation and
failure characteristics, the slippage betw een profiled steel sheet and co ncre te we re o btained .The test results show tha t the
lo ng itudinal shea r capacity is hig he r for the thicke r compo site slabs o r the thicker pro filed steel sheets , and longitudinal
shear capacity is lower for the larg er shear spa n.Lo ng itudinal shear bond failure takes place fo r the com po site slabs with
smalle r shear span , and bending and bending-shear bond failure o ccur s fo r the ones w ith larg er shear spa n.Based on the
formula sug gested by Euro co de 4 and te st results of longitudinal slide and load rela tionships, longitudinal shea r bond coefficients
m and k w ere defined with reg ression analy sis.Test re sults achieved may provide a reference for the eng ineering
application of this kind of composite slabs .
