摘要:
钢筋发生锈蚀, 将导致混凝土保护层受拉而开裂, 严重影响混凝土结构的耐久性.针对自然环境下混
凝土构件中的钢筋往往是非均匀锈蚀, 利用ABAQUS 有限元软件, 采用对钢筋周围混凝土施加不均匀锈胀
位移的方法模拟钢筋非均匀锈蚀情况下保护层的开裂过程, 基于有限元分析结果, 得到保护层胀裂破坏时临
界径向位移计算公式;以此为基础, 推导了钢筋非均匀锈蚀时保护层开裂时钢筋锈蚀率的计算公式.最后, 通
过试验验证了本文提出的锈蚀率计算公式的合理性.
Abstract:
Occur rence o f re-bar cor ro sion will lead to the concrete co ver cracking , which seriously affect the dur ability o f
co ncr ete structur es.In dealing with the no n-unifo rm co rr osio n of re-bar in concrete compo nents under natural enviro nment
, the pape r simulates the cracking process o f concrete cover using a finite-element based method with ABAQUS softw
are .Based o n the FEM analysis results , the formula of the critical radial displacement at the cracking time is used to
predict the co rro sion ratio at the cracking time o f co ver co ncre te .Finally , the analy tical co rr osio n ra tio fo rmula presented
he rein is verified with the labo rato ry test.
