摘要:
针对影响工程项目三大目标实现的各项因素,建立了系统动力学模型,并提出了模糊控制方法在目标控制中的应用.论文以进度变化为例,借助VENSIM软件对该进度变化对工程项目目标的影响进行了动态模拟,同时利用模糊控制方法对该动态变化的影响因素进行调整与控制,结果表明,该方法对提升工程项目目标管理有一定的作用
Abstract:
This paper has established the systems dynamics model for factors affecting the three goals of project management and proposed the application of fuzzy control method in the target control. On the schedule change as an example, the paper has carried on the dynamic simulation for the schedule change to the engineering project goal’s influence with the help of VENSIM software, using the fuzzy control method to adjust and control dynamic changes. Results show that this method has a certain effect on the improvement of the project management by objectives.
