摘要:
城市商业建筑数量的不断增加,建筑能耗迅速增长的问题,国内大部分学者的研究方向主要集中在了商业建筑节能分析方面,对商业建筑内消费者和工作人员的热舒适度问题却关注得不够.调研以西安某大型商场为研究对象,从使用者主观感受和客观理论角度进行分析,对冬季商业建筑内热舒适性进行了主观评价及热环境测试.测试及问卷结果表明,西安冬季商场室内热舒适度较差,80%的消费者和商场工作人员认为商场室内温度过高,影响消费者的购物欲望和工作人员的健康状况,需要商场采取一定的措施进行改善
Abstract:
According to the increase of quantity of commercial buildings, large quantity of huge energy consumption, most of the researches at home focus on the commercial building energy analysis of commercial buildings, but thermal comfort problem is not given enough attention. A large market in Xi′an is taken as the research object, from the user’s subjective feeling and objective angle to carry out the analysis. Commercial building′s internal thermal comfort on the subjective evaluation and thermal environment test is conduced. Test and questionnaire results show that winter stores indoor thermal comfort is poorer. About 80%of the people think that the department store temperature is too high, and lacks it humidity. This paper analyses the causes, and puts forward improvement measures for the internal market comfort
