摘要:
地铁的建设缓解了城市交通拥堵也带动了周边区域复合化、立体化的综合发展.然而,城市地下空间随之日益复杂化,成为市民出行寻路障碍的重要原因.针对西安地铁钟楼站寻路难的问题,从使用者行为心理出发,采用动线观察法,对使用者行为特征和活动轨迹进行实验调查,探究寻路标识设置的原则和科学方法, 并提出地铁钟楼站商业衔接空间导向标识系统信息设置的改善建议.对提高城市地铁商业综合空间寻路效率有着重要意义和积极作用.
Abstract:
The construction of subway has alleviated the urban traffic congestion and led to the complex and three-dimensional integrated development of the surrounding areas. However, as the urban underground space becomes increasingly complicated it has also become the important reason for citizens travel way finding obstacles. According to the way finding difficult problem for Xi′an Subway’s Bell Tower Station, in this article, an experimental investigation was conducted of the user’s behavior characteristics and activities trajectory by using the dynamic line observation method from the user’s behavior psychology, from which the principles and scientific methods we probed of the path finding signs setting and proposed recommendations for improvement of the commercial convergence space and way finding signage system information setting for the Subway ’s Bell Tower Station. This also has as important and positive role to the way finding efficiency
