摘要:
对两榀带刚性支撑的冷弯薄壁型钢墙体足尺试件进行水平低周往复加载试验,研究竹木碳纤维板对冷弯薄壁型钢墙体抗震性能的影响,揭示该类新型墙体的破坏模式,对试件的滞回性能、承载能力、延性、耗能能力、抗侧刚度、强度退化及刚度退化等抗震性能指标进行分析.试验结果表明,覆竹木碳纤维板冷弯薄壁型钢墙体的主要破坏模式包括:墙面板承压破坏,各部件连接螺钉剪切破坏,立柱、刚性斜撑弯扭屈曲,下导轨、刚性横撑局部屈曲等.与无覆板的冷弯薄壁型钢骨架墙体相比,由于竹木碳纤维板的支撑作用显著,覆板冷弯薄壁型钢墙体的承载能力、抗侧刚度和耗能能力明显提升,抗震性能良好.
Abstract:
Through the experiment of two full-scale specimens of cold-formed thin-walled steel wall with rigid brace under low-cycle lateral loading,the influence of bamboo wood carboon fiber board on the seismic performance of the wall is investigated to reveal the wrecking mode,and the seismic performance indices,such as hysteresis performance,bearing capacity,ductility,lateral stiffness,strength degradation and stiffnesss degradation are studied. The experiment results indicate that the main wrecking modes of cold-formed thin-walled steel wall with bamboo wood carbon fiber board include:bearing failure of board,shear failure of the connecting screw of each component,bending and torsional buckling of column and rigid diagonal brace,local buckling of bottom track and rigid transverse brace,etc. Compared with cold-formed thin-walled steel skeleton wall,the bearing capacity,lateral stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of cold-formed thin-walled steel wall with bamboo wood carbon fiber board are significantly improved due to the support of bamboo wood carbon fiber board to skeleton,and the seismic performance is good.
