岩棉薄抹灰外保温系统作为防火A级的外保温系统在建筑中的应用越来越广泛,然而岩棉热湿物理性能与传统保温材料又有着较为明显的差异,岩棉系统热湿耦合作用下的温湿迁移及系统含湿量也还缺乏足够的研究.文章利用热湿耦合(HAM)模型模拟分析软件,针对抹面层不同湿特性对岩棉薄抹灰外保温系统含湿量的模拟和分析,提出了抹面水蒸气和液态水的控制指标建议,为岩棉行业标准的编制奠定了技术基础.

With the increasing demand for fire performance of ETICS in China, stone wool ETICS is used more and more as a Class A fire performance system. Although moisture has a big impact on the stone wool ETICS performance, we are currently lack of researches for moisture content and hygrothermal distribution of stone wool ETICS. This research is carried out on the HAM model simulation of the moisture content in each layer of the system and hygrothermal distribution of stone wool ETICS. On this basis, the indicators for water vapour and liquid water were proposed, which provides a foundation for the stone wool ETICS standards in China.
