不同应力状态下Q235钢板件磁信号变化的试验及金相图谱研究

通过对Q235钢板件进行静载拉伸试验,采集并分析了其在零载、弹性状态、塑性状态、强化状态、颈缩状态及断裂破坏后的法向磁信号Hp(y).试验表明,随着荷载的增加,法向磁信号Hp(y)曲线呈顺时针旋转,且Hp(y)零值点在试件中心位置附近; Hp(y)零值点可以指示断裂位置但不够准确.比较分析磁场梯度值K,可以发现K值随荷载增加单调递减,在塑性状态到强化状态时变化幅度最大,而在强化状态到颈缩状态变化幅度最小.另外,通过对不同应力状态的试件取样,进行金相图谱分析,发现随着荷载的增加,铁素体沿受力方向,由不规则形状逐渐变为纺锤形,在此过程中,法向磁信号Hp(y)的绝对值逐渐变大.

The normal magnetic signal Hp(y)at zero loading, elastic stage, plastic stage, strengthening stage, necking stage and fracture failure were collected and analyzed respectively by the static tensile experiment of Q235 steel. Test result exhibits that with the increase of loading, the normal magnetic signal Hp(y)curve rotates counter clockwise, and the magnetic zero value point of Hp(y)is near the center of the specimen. The zero value of Hp(y)can indicate the location of fracture but not accurately. Comparative analysis of the gradient value K, magnetic K value can be found monotone decreasing with the loading increasing. Magnetic gradient K has the biggest change from the plastic phase to strengthening stage, but it has a minimal vitiate from strengthening phase to necking stage. In addition, metallographic schematic of specimens are analyzed at different stress states, indicat that the ferrite of specimens in irregular shape gradually becomes a spindle along the tensile direction with the increase of loading, and in the process, the absolute value of the magnetic signal Hp(y)increases gradually.
