针对区域分布式能源综合利用项目后评价体系的缺乏,建立了园区分布式能源系统评估模型,为能源综合利用项目的 建设提供参考.从经济、能源、环保、可靠性四个方面定义了11项二级指标构建多维度的评价体系,提出改进层次分析法(IAHP)-变异系数法的综合评价方法,并对三个典型案例项目进行综合赋权计算分析,量化分析指标.分析表明,本文提出的园区分布式能源综合评价方法可行,并具有计算量小、使用方便、适用性宽等优点.

Aiming at the lack of post-evaluation system of regional distributed energy comprehensive utilization project, the evaluation model of distributed energy system in the park is established to provide reference for the construction of energy comprehensive utilization project. In this paper, 11 secondary indexes were defined from the aspects of economy, energy, environmental protection and reliability to construct a multi-dimensional evaluation system, and the comprehensive evaluation method of improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)-coefficient of variation method was put forward. Analysis shows that the comprehensive evaluation method of distributed energy in the park proposed in this paper is feasible and has the advantages of small computation, easy to use and wide applicability.
