城乡空间效率是检验城乡空间资源配置一种手段,是城乡空间结构合理性的有效反映.分析城乡空间效率的研究进展,并以陕西富平县域城乡空间为研究对象进行量化研究.以此为指标,利用数学模型对2000年、2010年和2018年的富平城乡空间绩效进行计算及特征分析.结果表明,陕西富平城乡空间效率总体上呈现增长趋势.技术效率值高于综合效率值,说明产业园区的建设和发展对城乡空间效率的提升起到了积极的促进作用,技术效率的提高促进了空间绩效的增长.规模效率低于技术效率与综合效率,表明与土地集约化程度有关,也会导致城乡建设用地重心的转移.最后通过整合建设用地存量资源,协调城乡空间布局中资源分配等对策,促使县域整体发展的效益最大化.

The spatial efficiency of urban and rural areas is a means to test the allocation of spatial resources in urban and rural areas, and an effective reflection of the rationality of urban and rural spatial structure. Analysis of the progress of research on spatial efficiency in urban and rural areas, And the urban and rural space in Fuping county, Shaanxi province is used as the object of quantitative research. Using this as an index, the mathematical model is used to calculate and characterize the performance of urban and rural space in Fuping in 2000, 2010 and 2018. The results show that the overall urban and rural spatial efficiency in Fuping, Shaanxi Province shows an increasing trend. The technical efficiency value is higher than the comprehensive efficiency value, indicating that the construction and development of industrial parks have played a positive role in promoting the improvement of urban and rural spatial efficiency, and the improvement of technical efficiency has contributed to the growth of spatial performance. The scale efficiency is lower than the technical and comprehensive efficiency, indicating that it is related to the degree of land intensification, which can also lead to the shift of the center of gravity of urban and rural construction land. Finally, by integrating construction land stock resources and coordinating the allocation of resources in the urban-rural spatial layout and other countermeasures, the overall development of the county is promoted to maximize its efficiency.
