为研究废旧聚烯烃类材料用于沥青混合料的可行性,依托丹东至锡林浩特国家高速公路大板至经棚段,对三种不同基质沥青分别掺配废旧聚烯烃类材料作为改性剂进行研究.研究发现废旧聚烯烃对基质沥青的感温性能和高温性能都有较好的改善,通过对试验路段进行路面车辙和路面抗渗水性能检测,综合评价了废旧聚烯烃改性剂对沥青混合料高温性能和水稳定性能的改善效果,为废旧聚烯烃类材料沥青混合料改性剂在内蒙古地区典型性气候条件下大面积推广提供参考.

In order to study the feasibility of waste polyolefin materials used in asphalt mixture, this paper took Daban-Jingpeng section of Dandong Xilinhot National Expressway for case study. Three kinds of asphalt with different substrates were mixed with waste polyolefin materials as modifiers. It was found that the waste polyolefin can improve the thermal and high-temperature properties of the matrix asphalt. At the same time, the high temperature and water stability of asphalt mixture were affected by the waste polyolefin modifier, the performance of asphalt mixture modified by waste polyolefin material asphalt mixture was evaluated. It provided a reference for the extensive application of asphalt mixture modifier for waste polyolefin materials under typical climate conditions in Inner Mongolia.
