结合工程实例,阐述了某办公建筑冰蓄冷系统设计方案及运行策略.根据北京地区峰谷电价政策的变化和近五年蓄冷系统实际运行数据,利用静态经济评价法和动态经济评价法,对冰蓄冷系统设计初期与实际运行期间的投资回收期进行计算分析.通过对冰蓄冷空调系统进行多角度的经济性分析,得出北京市对冰蓄冷设备初投资的政策性补贴和合理的峰谷电政策等因素,是缩短蓄冷设备投资回收期的关键.由此可见在北京地区采用冰蓄冷技术具有良好的经济性,同时为其他地区优化冰蓄冷系统经济性提供参考.
Combined with an engineering example, the design scheme and the operation strategy of an ice storage system in an office building are expounded. According to the change of peak-valley electricity price adjustment policy in Beijing and the actual operation data of the equipment in recent five years, the economic analysis at the beginning stage of the design and the payback period investment analysis of the ice storage system in actual operation are analyzed by using static economic evaluation method and dynamic economic evaluation method. Based on the economic analysis of the ice storage air-conditioning system from multiple angles, it is found that the policy subsidy and reasonable peak-valley power policy in Beijing are the keys in shortening the payback period of ice storage equipment investment. Therefore, it can be seen that it is economical to adopt the ice storage technology in Beijing, and it also provides the references for this technology implementing in other regions in the light of optimizing its economy.
