首先对设有纵横索网加劲的充气膜结构进行不同内压下的缩尺模型试验研究,得到不同内压下各索轴力变化规律.然后采用ANSYS有限元软件对试验模型进行数值模拟,通过试验和数值结果的对比分析验证了有限元方法的正确性.接着对模型进行了参数分析,研究了不同内压和矢跨比条件下对充气膜结构索力、膜力和变形的大小及分布规律的影响.结果表明:对于纵横网加劲的充气膜结构横向索内力要大于纵向索内力.
In the paper, the pneumatic membrane structures with longitudinal and transverse cable-net stiffening was studied under different internal pressures by means of a model test to obtain the axial forces and their variation laws. Then the finite element software ANSYS was used to numerically simulate the test model. The finite element method was verified by comparing test and numerical results. Finally, the parameters of internal pressure and vector-span ratio were changed to investigate the relationship between cable force, membrane force and deformation of the air supported structures and its internal pressure and vector-span ratio. The result showed that the transverse cable forces are larger than the longitudinal ones.
