摘要:
供求关系是影响住房公积金市场良性发展的关键.深入分析了住房公积金市场的有效供求关系, 找出
影响住房公积金有效供给和需求的关键因素, 同时从供求变化强度的角度, 建立了住房公积金市场供求变化
的监测模型, 并以上海市为例, 实证分析了上海市住房公积金市场的供求均衡状态, 监测结果与上海市住房公
积金市场的实际情况基本吻合, 说明该模型具有较高的可信度.
Abstract:
The rela tionship between supply and demand affects the develo pment of the housing provide nt fund ma rke t dee ply
.By comprehe nsiv e a nalysis , this paper finds some key factor s o f the supply a nd demand of the ho using provident fund
market , and sets up a model to monito r their change acco rding to the intensity of supply and demand.Then , by an empirical
analy sis , this paper monito rs the balance status of Sha ng hai housing pro vident fund market .As its result stays in line
with the actual situatio n, the model has a higher reliability .
