摘要:
以计划行为理论为指导,从农户行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、过去行为及转换条件等五个方面分析了农户的流转行为,其次设计了农户的流转行为分析逻辑图,提出了有关农户转出农地行为影响因素的研究假设,最后在高陵县、周至县、临潼区、户县等县(区)54个行政村的调研数据基础上采用二元logistic回归分析方法对研究假设进行了验证,并从农村劳动力转移、信息平台的建设,农业比较效益的改善等方面提出建议
Abstract:
This paper analyses the household’s behavior of turning the farmland out from the five aspects of farmers subjective attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, past behavior and transition condition with the theory of planned behavior. It also forms the analysis chart of the farmers behavior and puts forward the research assumption about the influence factors. The assumptions by binary logistic regression analysis are verified on the basis of the data obtained from the country survey in Gaoling County, Zhouzhi County, Huxian County etc. Several suggestions are put for ward for the transfer of rural surplus labor, information platform construction, improvement of agriculture comparative-effectiveness etc
