摘要:
针对大型建筑施工企业多元化发展中存在的认识模糊、目标不明的问题,运用扎根理论,通过对某大型建筑施工企业 多元发展动因分析,构建了企业多元产业协同的机理模型,发现企业多元化产业之间存在着业务、职能和政治等三种关联方式,并分别通过分散风险、范围经济、规模经济和市场力量等途径来实现降低机会成本、生产成本、运营成本和获取超额利润等效益.研究结果在理论上揭示了建筑施工企业产业协同的一般性机理,在实践上为建筑施工企业成功实施产业协同式发展提供了科学支撑.
Abstract:
In the realm of building construction, problems like understanding insufficient and target uncertain exist in many corporate diversification. To solve these problems, a mechanism model based on grounded theory is built to analyze the diversification of one building construction enterprise. The result reveals that incidence relation exists in three forms, i.e. business, function and politics respectively. Different methods like risk diversification, external economy, scale economy and market force are used to achieve excess profit and lower the cost of opportunity, production and operation. The results reveal the general mechanism of building construction industry synergy in theory. In practice it provides scientific support for building construction to successfully implement industry coordinated development.
