摘要:
社区日间照料中心是社会养老服务体系建设的重点，目前我国该领域的研究还处于摸索阶段．本文以社区日间照料中心为研究对象，以复合理念为导向，并结合国内外优秀案例与理念，梳理资源整合下的社区老年人日间照料中心设计，提高设施的利用率与适用性．探讨其与社区其他类型建筑复合的可能性，探寻可操作的社区日间照料中心空间优化模式．
Abstract:
Social services system for the elderly focuses on the construction of day care centres in community. In the light of current situation that the research on this field is at an exploratory stage, research objective of this paper is day-care centres, with the idea of complex area planning oriented. It cites excellent designs and ideas both at home and abroad .The author configurated the excellent design for day-care centres in the community with resource integration, not only in order to improve the utilization rate and application of facilities, but also to explore the possibility of this and other types of building complex. The thesis explores the operational optimization model for the day-care centers in the community
