摘要:
历史建筑的保护与修复工作在城市发展中越来越受重视．中山图书馆旧址藏书楼从清末兴建经民国沿用至今已有一百多年历史，由于种种原因，中山图书馆旧址藏书楼一度情况危急．在遵循基本程序和原则的前提下，通过及时的抢救性保护工作，使其重现往日风采．通过此例论述历史建筑修复的基本程序和原则以及工作流程中应注意的问题．
Abstract:
Historical building protection and restoration is more and more valued in the urban development. ZhongshanLibrary sitehas been used for 100 years since?the late Qing Dynasty. Due to various reasons, it ?was?in critical condition.Following the ge neral rules and principles,and through reconditioning work in time, the ZhongshanLibrary site is eventually restored in its original style. The case in study provides discussion about the basic rule for repairing historic buildings and the problems that arise in the work process.
