摘要:
通过对常用规格190单排孔再生混凝土砌块的试验研究,找出了影响其抗压强度的主要因素,在此基础上,开发了一种抗压强度较高的240三排孔再生混凝土砌块。通过试验选取几种优化配合比,240三排孔再生混凝土砌块的抗压强度分别能达到MU5.0、MU7.5及MU10.0强度等级,可用于承重及有抗震要求的砌体结构。由于三排孔再生混凝土砌块增加了热传导路径,还具有一定的保温性能。
Abstract:
: From the test of the 190 single row recycled concrete hollow blocks, we find the effect of the main factors of recycled concrete hollow blocks. Develop a new kind of 240 three rows hollow blocks from this base. Its impressing strength can come up to MU5.0, MU7.5 and MU10.0 from the test of right mixture ratio, they can be used in bearing masonry structure and earthquake resistant masonry structure. As three rows hollow blocks have longer heat conduction route, they have better thermal insulation performance
