摘要:
胞外聚合物是微生物分泌于细胞外的多种有机物的总称,它是环境工程中微生物聚集体的主要成
分,对于环境微生物的性状有一定的影响,因此近年来成为研究的热点.本文从EPS的组成、提取方法、测定
方法、吸附性能正负面影响及其应用等方面,就近年来国内外关于胞外聚合物的现状和最新研究进展进行了
综述,以期对未来的胞外聚合物研究提供重要参考.
Abstract:
Extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)are organic compounds secreted by microbes,which are very important
 for such biological aggregates as activated sludge or biofilm.So more and more research were focused on this aspect
recently.Based on the introduction of EPS component,extracting method,analytic method,adsorptive property and its
impact,the paper signaled the direction of EPS research for the future work.
