摘要:
以5 000t/d水泥生产线选择最佳生料设备方案为研究对象,遵照技术上可行,经济上合理的原则,从技术和经济两方面对各种备选方案进行细致分析和论证,综合得出单台套辊压机终粉磨为最佳方案;并对我国第一台CLF200-160辊压机终粉磨在5 000t/d水泥生产线上的应用进行了实证研究,验证了方案的正确性,提出了改进意见;并依据产业组织理论,结合对建材企业竞争力的分析,说明了技术进步是提升企业核心竞争力的主要途径,在注重市场竞争的同时,企业间还应发挥协同作用,共同促进行业的有效竞争和健康发展
Abstract:
Based on the optimum raw equipment scheme for 5000t/d cement production line, following the principle of feasibility in technology and reasonable in economy, the alternatives are analyzed from technology and economy aspects and the scheme of a single finished mill with roller press is deduced. The application of the China’s first CLF200-160 finished mill with roller press in 5000t/d cement production process is analyzed, and the correctness of the scheme verified. Following the industrial organization theory and considering the competitiveness of building materials enterprises, technical progress already become the main method for improving enterprise core competence. And with the competition, enterprise should cooperate with each other to promote the effective competition and healthy development of whole industry
