摘要:
着眼于分布式光伏发电系统在我国居住建筑中采用的良好发展前景,以我国北方城市宝鸡特定的自然条件及陕西省光伏发电补贴政策为背景,选择内部收益率为主要分析指标,居民用电量、光伏系统单位造价以及贷款模式作为投资收益影响因素,采用SAM软件为研究工具,综合运用对比分析、敏感性分析和财务杠杆分析等方法,对我国居住建筑分布式光伏系统的经济性进行分析.结果表明,在政府补贴的前提下,分布式光伏具有投资价值,但其盈利水平受到居民用电需求、系统构建成本、贷款利率、贷款比例等因素的共同影响.
Abstract:
Under the huge challenge of global energy conservation, emission reduction and energy security, distributed PV industry has become the key means to achieve economic restructuring and low carbon economy. Based on SAM software, Baoji is chosen as the sample plot, household load, unit investment, loan interest rate and loan fraction are used as influence factors to analyze the economical benefits of distributed PV in China. The result shows that government subsidies help increase the investment but its profitability is to a large extent by such factors as household load, unit investment cost, loan interest rate and loan fraction.
