摘要:
以新型固体润滑材料,即二硫化钼涂层材料为主,设计制作了一种带限位装置的新型滑移隔震装置,并进行了新型摩擦滑移隔震支座的力学性能试验,研究表明,文中研发的新型滑移隔震装置具有摩擦滑移隔震和限位功能,构造简单,适用性强.在此基础上,建立欠人工质量模型的一致相似关系,设计制作了一个相似比为1:5 的2 跨5 层框架模型结构,进行了结构振动台试验研究.检验了新型摩擦滑移隔震装置的隔震和限位性能,振动台试验结果表明:限位装置可有效降低隔震层相对滑动位移,新型摩擦滑移隔震支座降低了上部结构的地震反应,新型隔震系统能够控制结构层间位移角在允许范围内,隔震效果良好,且具有良好限位复位能力,结构可满足抗震要求.
Abstract:
An innovative separated friction sliding device using molybdenum disulfide lubricant coating has been proposed. With molybdenum disulfide lubricant coating, the test of shaking table in the isolated structure models has been adopted by mild steel cone bar. Based on the test results, the seismic behavior is evaluated in terms of displacement response and acceleration response.Test result reveals that the limiting device reduced the relative sliding displacement of isolation layer effectively. The earthquake response of the upper structure could be reduced using the innovative friction sliding device, and the structure angle of floor displacement could be controlled within the allowable range using the improved system. This system has better isolating affection and better limiting displacement ability. Isolated structure can well meet the design requirement.
