摘要:
美国能源与环境设计先锋奖(Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design,简称LEED)是全球绿色建筑评价的先驱,对中国绿色建筑评价标准体系的制定和发展有重要影响.LEED 第四版(V4)于2013 年发布,相较第三版(2009 版)出现了很大变化.按照项目评选的时间顺序原则,对两版本相关内容进行了对比.针对变动最大的“评估范围”和“评估体系结构”
中的“最低要求”、“先决条件”及“技术要点”等方面的变化做了对比研究,发现V4 主要在控制类别重叠、鼓励创新性的条目设置、信息库冗余和运营与设计的一致性等四方面进行了改良,对完善我国绿色建筑评价体系提供了技术参考.
Abstract:
Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, as a pioneer of green building estimate system in the world, has an important influence on evaluation standard system development of China. LEED V4 was published in 2013 based on 2009 version and changed profoundly. According to the sequence of project assessment, two versions have been compared in evaluation scope and structure system, including minimum program requirement, prerequisite and credit of assessment system structure. Conclusively, the author discovered the development reason and tendency, in category overlap control, innovative items constitution, redundant statistical information base, and consistency between operation and design. This will provide significant references to promote our national green building evaluation system.
