摘要:
开展绿色建筑的评定工作是建设绿色建筑的一种重要环节. 美国USGBC在2013年11月颁布LEED的最新版本LEED V4,我国在原有评价标准基础上,修订了新版《绿色建筑评价标准》,于2015年1月1日起执行文章从评价指标、权重、评价性能、对象等方面比较了LEED V4与新版《绿色建筑评价标准》的异同点,并以某一绿色公共建筑评价为例,分别利用LEED V4与新版《绿色建筑评价标准》对其打分,发现新版《绿色建筑评价标准》在内容构成上及绿色建筑评定工作上仍存在不足,并在绿色建筑体系的在线体系、建筑生命周期、整体设计,得分点角度方面提出改进意见.
Abstract:
The assessment of green buildings is of importance when popularizing and constructing green building. In November 2013, USGBC had issued the latest version LEED. On January 1, 2015, a new version of assessment standard for green building, which was revised and upgraded from the old version, had been carried out. The difference of LEED V4 and assessment standard for green building has compared on assessmentindex, weight and object in this paper, withan example of Public Buildings, a comparison between LEED V4 and assessment standard for green building is made. Therefore, a conclusion that there are still some inefficiencies in content and the evaluation process. To improve the assessment system, some advice in the online system, the lifecycle of architecture, total design and score points has been offered.
