摘要:
为了优化矿料级配、提高沥青混合料性能,应用PFC2D构建了加州承载比(CBR)的数值试验方法,并验证了其可靠性;基于数值试验分析了合成粗集料CBR变化规律和基于性能最优提出了AC-16型沥青混合料强嵌挤骨架密实级配,并对其力学性能进行室内试验验证.结果表明:13.2~19mm集料构成了具有强嵌挤力的主骨架结构,9.5~13.2mm集料和4.75~9.5mm集料具有填充主骨架空隙或干涉主骨架结构的作用,基于CBR最大原则的13.2~19mm集料、9.5~13.2mm集料和4.75~9.5mm集料3种规格粗集料的最佳质量比为45∶35∶20,基于性能最优的粗细集料比例为55∶45~65∶35;与规范级配相比,提出的强嵌挤骨架密实级配沥青混合料抗压强度、劈裂强度和动稳定度分别提高了26%~28%、20%~30%和22%~27%.成果可供工程实践参考
Abstract:
In order to optimize the aggregate gradation and improve the performance of asphalt mixture, a numerical test method based on the particle flow modeling was developed for the California Bearing Ratio(CBR)test and was proved to be reliable. The CBR laws of aggregate were analyzed based on the numerical simulation, and the Strong Aggregate Interlocking Structure(SAIS)was developed according to optimal performance of AC-16asphalt mixture. The road performance of SAIS asphalt mix were studied and the results indicate that 13.2~19mm aggregates are the main skeleton with SAIS, while the proper amount 9.5~13.2mm aggregates and 4.75~9.5mm aggregates provide a properly packed aggregate skeleton structure; the optimal ratio of the three types of aggregates(13.2~19mm,9.5~13.2mm,4.75~9.5mm)is 45∶35∶20by mass Upon the maximum CBR principle, and the ratio of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate is 55∶45~65∶35based optimal performance of asphalt mixture. Compared with aggregate gradation in specifications, SAIS asphalt composite is superior in terms of compressive strength, splitting strength and dynamic stability, which are enhanced by 26%~28%、20%~30% and 22%~27% respectively.
