摘要:
为研究大悬挑钢管混凝土梁柱节点的受力性能, 制定了足尺试验和FEM 数值模拟相结合的验证性
研究方案.针对悬挑梁柱节点汇交杆件多、荷载大、内力复杂、加载困难等特点, 设计了15 m ×10 m ×10 m 的
大型自平衡反力架加载系统, 采用试验手段和FEM 数值分析技术相结合的方法对节点的受力性能进行了研
究.从理论和试验上研究了加强环式梁柱节点的工作机理、工作性能和传力机制, 并将试验结果与FEM 数值
结果进行比较, 验证FEM 数值模拟的正确性.试验结果表明, 该节点在1.3 倍设计荷载下是安全的, 并且仍
具有一定的承载潜力;大悬挑的存在, 致上柱偏心受压, 有较大的水平位移, 应用时应加强上柱刚度;梁上翼缘
与加强环间有较大的应力集中, 施工中应保证焊接质量;内加强环对节点受力性能的影响较小.
Abstract:
Abstract:In this research , the full-scale test is conducted to inv estiga te the mechanical pe rformance o f the concrete-filled
beam-column jo int .Self-balanced lo ading frame with dimensio ns of 15 m ×10 m ×10 m is built due to the com ple xity o f
the joint and inte rnal fo rce , the g reatne ss of load , and the difficulty o f loading .Meanwhile , the finite element mode l is
generated to inspec t the perfo rmance o f the beam-co lumn joint under the test loads fo r verification .Thro ug h compa risons
of test results w ith FEM results , pro per ties and the lo ad transfe r mechanism o f the ring-stiffened beam-column joint a re
analyzed.It is ve rified that the joint is reliable under 1 .3 times of the desig n load .Due to the effect of la rge-cantilevered
beams , the upper end of the CFT column is subjected to the eccentric compression .For this rea so n, the streng th o f the
uppe r column sho uld be enha nced in practice .The intersectio n of the CFT co lumn and the ring stiffener s is subjected to
high tensile stre ss , which can r esult in the failure in this region .Acco rding to FEM re sults, stress o n the inne r ring
stiffene rs is low .Therefo re , inner stiffener ex er ts a limited impact on the mechanism of the joint
