编写MATLAB代码随机生成基于塑性损伤本构关系的随机骨料程序确定骨料的位置信息,针对再生骨料混凝土的损伤演化,从细观角度上认为再生骨料混凝土由多相材料夹杂而成并考虑其不同材料之间的层间效应,利用有限元软件DIANA分别建立二维再生随机骨料混凝土模型和多尺度耦合再生骨料混凝土梁模型,研究了单轴拉伸压缩下混凝土裂缝开展路径以及应力应变关系,并与已有实验结果进行比较,分析了三点受弯下不同骨料取代率再生混凝土梁的断裂行为.所建立的多尺度数值模型为再生骨料混凝土材料及结构分析提供了可行的研究途径.
Abstract:
MATLAB code was written to randomly generate random aggregate program based on plastic damage constitutive relation to determine the position information of aggregate. In view of the damage evolution of recycled aggregate concrete, it was considered from the mesoscopic point of view that recycled aggregate concrete was composed of multiphase materials. Considering the interlayer effect between different materials, two-dimensional recycled random aggregate concrete model and multi-scale coupled recycled aggregate concrete beam model were established respectively by using finite element software DIANA. The crack development path and stress-strain relationship of concrete under uniaxial tensile and uniaxial compression were studied and compared with the existing experimental results, and then, the fracture behavior of recycled concrete beams with different aggregate replacement ratios under three-point bending was analyzed. The established multi-scale numerical model can provide a feasible research approach for the material and structural analysis of recycled aggregate concrete.
